Due to the immediate digital nature of our products and the irrevocable access granted to downloadable code templates upon successful transaction:

• Standard Sales Policy: Because digital files cannot be physically returned or "un-downloaded", purchases are generally deemed final once delivery links are accessed.
• Defective or Inaccessible Files: If you experience any corrupted download link or technical file issue, our support team will provide replacement access or verified Google Drive/cloud backup mirrors within 24 hours upon contacting support@kalyanadverts.in.
• Duplicate Payment Guarantee: If an inadvertent double-payment occurs due to network latency, the duplicate transaction will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days upon email notice.
