GMB Services: Are provided on a "best effort" basis.
Digital Course: Access is provided immediately or via email after payment verification.
5. Fees and Payment
We accept payments through integrated third-party gateways. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases.
Subscription Services: For ongoing GMB management, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each specific charge, until you notify us of your cancellation.
Taxes: All prices are subject to applicable GST/taxes as per Indian Government regulations.
6. Digital Product Delivery Policy

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Gaurav Patil or Kalyan Adverts be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or data arising from your use of the GMB services or course materials. We are not responsible for any suspensions of your Google Business Profile by Google, as we operate within Google’s Terms of Service but do not control their final decisions.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Gaurav Patil and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Kolhapur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
