Because our offerings are non-tangible and digital in nature, no physical shipping of goods is involved. All products and services are delivered electronically.

2. Delivery of Digital Products (GMB Course)For our digital course products, delivery is automated and handled through our secure online portal.
Instant Access: Upon successful completion of your payment through our integrated payment gateway, you will receive an automated confirmation email.
Access Credentials: Your login credentials (username and password) and the access link to the course dashboard will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout within 5 to 15 minutes.
Processing Time: While delivery is usually instant, in rare cases of technical delays or high server load, it may take up to 24 hours. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact us at kalyanadvertsgp@gmail.com

3. Delivery of GMB Services
Our GMB optimization and management services follow a professional workflow rather than an automated download.
Service Kick-off: Once your payment for a service is confirmed, you will receive a "Service Intake Form" via email within 12 hours.
Performance Timeline: The delivery of services (such as profile audits, keyword optimization, or post scheduling) begins only after you provide the necessary access to your GMB profile.
Completion Period: Standard GMB optimization projects are typically completed within 7 to 14 business days from the date we receive all required information from the client.
Digital Reports: Proof of service delivery will be provided in the form of digital PDF reports or live updates on your Google Business Profile.

4. Shipping Charges
Since all our products and services are delivered digitally via email or our online platform:
Domestic (India): ₹0 (Zero) Shipping Charges.
International: ₹0 (Zero) Shipping Charges.
No hidden handling or packaging fees apply.

5. Tracking Your Order
For Courses: You can track your progress directly within the student dashboard.
For Services: You will receive weekly or bi-weekly email updates regarding the status of your GMB optimization project.

6. Delivery Failures and Technical Issues
In the event that a digital delivery fails (e.g., email not received, link not working):
Check your "Spam" or "Promotions" or ‘’All Mails’’ folder first.
Ensure that the email address provided during the transaction was correct.
Contact our support team immediately if the issue persists. We will manually re-send the access credentials or service reports within 24 business hours.
