At Kalyan Adverts, we value the satisfaction of our clients and students. Because we provide digital products and professional services, we have established the following guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations to ensure transparency and fairness.
1. Digital Products (GMB Mastery Course)Due to the nature of digital content, once access to the course material is granted, the "product" is considered "consumed.
"No-Refund Policy: Since the GMB Course is a digital product that provides immediate access to proprietary strategies, videos, and downloadable resources, we generally follow a No Refund policy.
Exception for Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course content due to a persistent technical fault on our end (e.g., server failure or broken links) that we cannot resolve within 72 hours of being notified, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Accidental Duplicate Payment: In case of a duplicate transaction where the customer is charged twice for the same product, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full via the original payment method.
2. Professional Services (GMB Management & Optimization)Our GMB services involve manual labor, strategy development, and time-intensive optimization.
Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you wish to cancel a service order before any work has commenced (within 24 hours of payment), a full refund will be issued, minus any payment gateway processing fees.
Work In Progress: Once the audit or optimization work has started, we do not offer full refunds. If you choose to cancel mid-way, a partial refund (pro-rated based on the work completed) may be offered at the sole discretion of Kalyan Adverts.
Performance Disclaimer: We do not offer refunds based on "change of mind" or because a specific ranking was not achieved within a specific timeframe, as Google’s rankings are influenced by hundreds of external factors beyond our control.
3. Refund Process and Timeline
If you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above:
Request Method: All refund requests must be sent via email to kalyanadvertsgp@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request
Verification: Our team will review the request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Approval & Crediting: Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated immediately. The amount typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your original payment source (Bank Account or UPI wallet), depending on your bank's processing time.
4. Cancellation Policy
Subscription Services: For monthly GMB management services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be given for the remaining days of a month already paid for.
Service Termination: Kalyan Adverts reserves the right to cancel a service or course access if the user is found violating our Terms and Conditions (e.g., piracy or sharing login credentials). In such cases, no refund will be provided.
